Located at the entrance of the Gorges de l’Ardèche in the very touristic village of Vallon Pont D’arc. A very beautiful 140m2 villa ***** offering top-of-the-range services and a view of the Ardèche Gorges and nature (possibility to book all year round).
Casa SISTA with contemporary style can accommodate up to 8 people (possibility of adding a baby) with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Furnished and decorated with care in spring 2023 by your hosts.
ENVIRONMENT
Facing south, on a magnificent and large garden planted with olive trees, lavender, sage and rosebushes.
Its calm and relaxing environment, corresponds to the desires for a family holiday in a warm upscale atmosphere. In season, enjoy the heated swimming pool (from April to the end of September, secured by an electric shutter), the relaxation area with sunbeds and deck chairs and also the Ardèche river and its beaches, located a few minutes walk away.
A huge bay window opens onto the terrace and the garden. The terrace is shaded by an electric pergola. At your disposal a large table and armchairs as well as a gaz plancha. A garden room where you can read, have your breakfast or drink an aperitif at sunset.
You will also find a petanque field. At the entrance of the villa : an electric gate and several parking places possible.
COMFORT
Upon entering Casa SISTA, a huge living room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster and blender. We we have selected a nice tableware so that you can make beautiful tables.
Also at your disposal are tea towels and apron, placemats and tablecloth. All the utensils to prepare good meals and pastries, basic products, cleaning products and some tablets for the dishwasher (enough to start your holiday).
The dining room has a large table and comfortable armchairs. In the living room a large sofa with TV (Canal, Netflix, Disney, …). Laundry room with washing machine (dryer), freezer, vacuum cleaner and additional fridge. The 4 bedrooms are all equipped with top-of-the-range bedding, soft duvets, two cozy pillows per person, linen sheets and thick towels.
Baby equipment with travel cot and mattress, high chair and bathtub. The villa is fully air-conditioned (all bedrooms and the living room).

SITUATION
The villa is only a few hundred meters from the center of the village of VALLON PONT D’ARC (possibility to get there on foot, 2km) where you will find many restaurants, ice cream shops, as well as all the shops, pharmacies, medical practice, nurses, bakeries, butchers, greengrocers, hairdressers, massages and treatments, etc.
Not to mention the Thursday morning market (local products: honey, goat cheese, fruit and vegetables, lavender, olive oil, etc.). In summer various festivities such as the night market on Tuesday evening, the funfair, concerts, the Cab 07 a cabaret restaurant with superb professional shows, etc.
You also have a cinema in the village of Ruoms 5km away. Several supermarkets are nearby: Super U in Ruoms (6km), Lidl and Intermarché in Vallon Pont D’Arc (2km).
For a convenience store open 7/7 (from April to September): Vival Casino on Sampzon (4km) also with fresh bread and pastries, etc.
